\u00a01.Terms<\/strong><\/p>

1.1.Salesperson\u00a0<\/b>\u2013 a legal entity whose products are sold on the website www.nordicprotech.lt in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and which is responsible for fulfilling the order placed by the Buyer. 1.2. 1.2.Buyer\u00a0<\/b>\u2013 1) a natural person with full legal capacity, i.e., a person who has reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court; 2) a legal entity.
1.3. The Parties\u2014the Buyer and the Seller collectively.
1.4. Personal data\u2014any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); a natural person whose identity can be determined is a person whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, a personal identification number, location data, or an online identifier, or on the basis of one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
1.5. Terms and Conditions \u2013 these \u201eTerms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of Goods in the Online Store nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com,\u201c which apply to every purchase made by the Buyer on the website and to every Sales Contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.<\/p>

1.6. Contract \u2013 A contract of sale for the relevant Goods entered into between the Buyer and the Seller, which is deemed to have been concluded upon submission of the Order. It is deemed that the terms of each Contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller are identical to the terms of the Rules in effect at the time the order is placed, and such Contracts are always performed by the parties in accordance with the Rules in effect at the time the order is placed.<\/p>

1.7. Order \u2013 An order for Goods that specifies the Goods the Buyer wishes to purchase from the Seller, as listed in that same order.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2.General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

2.1. The Buyer confirms that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions by checking the box next to the statement \u201eI have read and understood the Terms and Conditions for the purchase and sale of goods at nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com and agree to them.\u201c The Terms and Conditions confirmed in this manner constitute a legally binding document for the Parties, setting forth the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms for purchasing and paying for the goods, the procedures for delivery and return, the liability of the parties, and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of the goods.
2.2. In the event of changes in market conditions or under the circumstances provided for in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, nordicprotech reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Rules.\u00a0<\/p>

2.3. The Buyer must review the Privacy Policy approved and publicly published by UAB \u201cProverita Capital Solutions.\u201d The Buyer\u2019s personal data will also be transferred to the Seller from whom the Buyer is purchasing the Goods, and such personal data will be processed by the Seller specified in the order in accordance with the established procedure.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3.Ordering Goods: The Point at Which Legal Relations of Sale and Purchase Are Established<\/strong><\/p>

3.1. The Buyer may order goods at nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com by selecting items online, either by registering or without registering on the website.
3.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide the Personal Data required for the proper fulfillment of the order in the information fields provided in the system; such data is processed by nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Privacy Policy.
3.3. When the Buyer, having selected the goods or services to be purchased and added them to the shopping cart, completes all steps of the order process\u2014the last of which is the selection and confirmation of the payment method\u2014 it is deemed that a legal sales relationship has been established between the Seller and the Buyer and that a sales contract has been concluded. The Buyer is notified of the order confirmation via an email sent to the email address provided by the Buyer. The Seller sends the Buyer a link to the current Terms and Conditions along with the order confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer.
3.4. The instructions for the product ordered by the Buyer in Lithuanian shall be provided no later than at the time of delivery to the email address specified by the Buyer or along with the purchased product. All essential information about the product and its features is provided in the Seller\u2019s product description at nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com when purchasing the product.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 4.Buyer's Rights<\/b><\/p>

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods and order services at nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Terms and Conditions.\u00a0
4.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
4.3. The Buyer has the right to terminate the Contract in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules.
4.4. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return purchased goods in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Rules.
4.5. The Buyer has other rights as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5.Buyer's Obligations<\/b><\/p>

5.1. When using nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com, the Buyer must fulfill their obligations, comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The Buyer must pay for the goods or services ordered and accept them in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Rules.\u00a0<\/p>

  1. Seller's Rights<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    6.1. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer\u2019s order without prior notice if the Buyer, having chosen the payment methods specified in Sections 8.2.1 or 8.2.2 of these Terms, fails to pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.<\/p>

    1. Seller's Obligations<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

      7.1. The Seller agrees to fulfill the Buyer\u2019s orders in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Terms and to communicate with the Buyer using the contact information provided by the Buyer at the time the order was placed.
      7.2. The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with the information specified in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania in a clear and understandable manner via the nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com system.
      7.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer\u2019s privacy and to process the Buyer\u2019s personal data only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
      7.4. Under the terms set forth in these Rules, the Seller agrees to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer and to accept goods returned by the Buyer.
      7.5. In exceptional cases, due to objectively justified circumstances that the Seller could not have foreseen or controlled in advance, delivery of the goods may be delayed or become impossible. In such a case, nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately regarding the possibilities for further fulfillment of the order.
      7.6. The Seller agrees to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Seller by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>

      \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 8.Product Prices, Payment Procedures, and Terms<\/b><\/p>

      8.1. Prices on nordicprotech-lt-804529.hostingersite.com are listed in euros, including the VAT rate in effect at that time in accordance with applicable law, as well as any other taxes, if applicable. The price listed on the website is the standard price of the Product and\/or Service, at which the Buyer may purchase said Product and\/or Service.\u00a0<\/p>

      8.2. The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods using one of the following methods\u00a0(the selection may be limited; therefore, the final list of payment methods applicable to a given order is specified in the order details):<\/p>

      8.2.1. via online banking;
      8.2.2. by bank transfer;<\/p>

      8.2.3. by using the service provided by leasing companies for entering into consumer credit agreements;<\/p>

      8.3. When the Seller receives payment for the goods or receives confirmation of purchase financing (where such a payment method is available and if the Buyer has selected the payment method specified in Section 8.2.3 of the Terms), the order for the goods is confirmed.
      8.4. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the documents pertaining to the purchase of goods\u2014VAT invoices, which also serve as warranty documents for the goods \u2014 may be provided to the Buyer in physical form together with the goods or electronically to the email address specified by the Buyer immediately after the order is fulfilled. The VAT invoices shall specify the Seller\u2019s details, the selected goods, their quantity, any discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, any other services purchased, and other information required by accounting laws and regulations.
      8.5. The price of the goods, once the Seller has confirmed the order, may change only in exceptional cases due to objective and substantial reasons beyond the Seller\u2019s control (provided there is evidence supporting these reasons). If the reasons for the price change are justified and the Buyer does not agree to purchase the goods at the new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by notifying the Seller within 2 (two) business days. Upon cancellation of the order in accordance with the procedure set forth in this section, the Seller agrees to refund to the Buyer all amounts paid by the Buyer in connection with such canceled order.\u00a0<\/p>

      \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a09. Liability<\/b><\/p>

      9.1. A registered Buyer is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and\/or for not disclosing them to third parties.\u00a0<\/p>

      9.2. The Seller is exempt from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, disregarded the Seller\u2019s recommendations and its own obligations, and failed to review these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n
