\u00a01.The Right to Cancel a Sales Contract and the Return of Goods of Acceptable Quality<\/b><\/p>

1.1. Right to cancel a purchase agreement when goods are purchased on the nordicprotech.lt website:
1.1.1. if the packaged item is no longer suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and was unpacked upon delivery (e.g., protective masks, face shields);
1.1.2. goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
1.1.3. goods purchased under contracts in which the Buyer submitted a specific request to the Seller for a visit to perform urgent repairs or maintenance. If, in this case, the Seller provides more additional services than the Buyer specifically requested, or sells more additional goods than are necessary to perform the repair or maintenance work, the right to rescind the contract applies to those additional services or goods;
1.2. The Seller's Refund Policy
1.2.1. After 14 (fourteen) but before 30 (thirty) days have elapsed from the date of delivery or pickup of the merchandise, the Buyer is entitled to a money-back guarantee, provided that all returned goods have their original tags, protective bags, and original packaging, and the single-use packaging is intact\u2014that is, the goods have not lost the appearance they had when sold.
1.2.2. In all cases, the product must be returned to the Seller before the expiration of the warranty period, which is calculated from the date of delivery or pickup of the product.<\/p>

1.3. The Buyer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods were delivered to the Buyer, to exchange the purchased goods for similar goods of different dimensions, shape, color, model, or configuration. If a price difference arises when exchanging the goods, the Buyer must settle the difference with the Seller based on the prices in effect at the time of the recalculation and applicable to the Buyer.\u00a0<\/p>

1.4. Upon exercising the rights set forth in Section 1.1 of these Rules, the Buyer shall be refunded: the price of the goods and the shipping costs (return shipping costs are not refunded).
1.5. The Buyer shall bear all costs and risks associated with the return of goods specified in Section 1.2 of these Rules and\/or the return of goods in good condition. In all cases, the goods must be returned to the Seller before the expiration of the return period for goods free from defects, calculated from the date of delivery or pickup of the goods.
1.6. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller receives the Buyer\u2019s notice of intent to return the goods; if the goods have not been returned to the Seller by the Buyer, the period specified in this clause shall be calculated from the date the Goods are returned to the Seller.
2. Defects in sold goods are rectified, and defective goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Rules and in compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.1.1. If the Buyer has purchased a product of unsatisfactory quality, the Buyer has the right to seek one of the following remedies:<\/p>

2.1.2. that the Seller remedy the defects in the goods free of charge within a reasonable period of time, if the defects can be remedied;
2.1.3. that the product be replaced with a similar product of acceptable quality, except in cases where the defects are minor or were caused by the Buyer;
2.1.4. to refund the purchase price and rescind the sales contract when the sale of goods of unsatisfactory quality constitutes a material breach of the order.<\/p>

2.2. The Buyer may exercise the right to return goods of unsatisfactory quality within the quality guarantee period specified in the purchase document by the Seller from whom the Buyer purchased the goods. When consumers purchase goods, the quality guarantee period is, in all cases, no less than 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods.
2.3. The Buyer will be refunded immediately, but no later than 5 business days after the Seller receives the Buyer\u2019s notification regarding a product of inadequate quality; if the product has not been returned to the Seller by the Buyer, the period specified in this clause shall begin on the date the product is returned to the Seller.
2.4. No refunds will be issued for goods that have been damaged intentionally or through negligence (exposed to chemicals, water, open flames, high temperatures, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules for use or storage of the goods were violated, or if the goods were used improperly or not for their intended purpose.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3.General Rules for Returns of Goods and Refunds<\/b><\/p>

3.1. If the Buyer wishes to cancel the concluded contract of sale or return an item (regardless of the reason for the return), the Buyer may notify the Seller directly, by email at info@nordicprotech.lt, by phone at +37069395202, and deliver the goods directly to the Seller.
3.2. All gifts provided with the purchased item must be returned at the same time as the Buyer returns the purchased item, except in cases where the purchased item is returned due to quality defects, and the gifts provided with it, due to their nature, were consumed or expired during the period from the date of purchase of the item until the date the defects in the item became apparent.
3.3. When returning goods, the Buyer must provide the sender\u2019s address and properly package the item to ensure it is not damaged during shipping. The goods are considered properly packaged when they are placed in additional outer packaging (placed in a box, bag, wrapped in paper, etc.) and this packaging is securely sealed (for example, taped shut). If the returned items are fragile or breakable, they must be further protected from impact by wrapping them in several layers of paper, cloth, or bubble wrap, and then placed inside the outer packaging (box, bag, paper).<\/p>

3.4. Procedure for the Delivery of Heavy Goods (for the purpose of assessing the quality of the goods, exchanging, repairing, or returning them) The Buyer shall agree separately with the Seller on the procedure and conditions by phone or via email at info@nordicprotech.lt, or the Buyer may deliver the goods directly to the Seller.
3.5. The purchase price will be refunded to the Buyer using the same method by which the Buyer paid for the item at the time of purchase, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise. In all cases, the Buyer has the right to request that the refund be made to the bank account specified by the Buyer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n
