Description:

E-WELD 3 – a water-based, odorless protective agent designed for all standard welding and cutting processes. It not only protects surfaces from spatter but also helps keep them clean—protecting workpieces, parts, welding tips, and equipment.

Before welding, this product can be used as an effective cleaner—it easily removes swarf, oil residues, anti-corrosion agents, and coolants. After cleaning, the surface is immediately ready for welding.

Principle of Operation:

E-WELD 3 forms a protective layer between the metal surface and the spatter, preventing the spatter from sticking and allowing it to be easily removed. At the same time, it provides temporary protection against corrosion.

After welding, the surfaces can be immediately further processed—galvanized or painted—without any additional preparation.

When using E-WELD 3 for laser cutting, no scorch marks form at the cut, which significantly reduces the need for cleaning and eliminates the need for additional processing of the cut edges.
